Giving to Country Day

The entire Country Day community, particularly the children, thanks those who generously offer their financial support.

Our primary source of giving is collected through our Annual Fund. Like other independent schools, tuition only covers 66% of Country Day’s operating costs. That means the balance of the cost of educating our children comes from community giving and our endowment. As such, the Annual Fund is a critical part of our school’s financial health, and we count on our generous community to contribute their support so that we can continue to provide the highest standard of education to our children.

The Annual Fund helps support the following key items at Country Day;

• Faculty salaries
• Classroom equipment and resources
• Technology upgrades
• Arts, Science and Music supplies
• Books and new materials for the library
• Sports equipment
• Buildings and grounds maintenance
