Summer Internship Program

 FCCDS has begun a Summer Internship Program.  We'd like to welcome Betsy Vuchinich as our intern for this summer.  Betsy graduated from Fox Chapel Country Day in 2005.  She graduated Cum Laude from Shady Side Academy this June.  During her senior year, Betsy was a member of both the girls' cross country team and the squash team, and was secretary-treasurer of her senior class.  During her senior year, Betsy received the William C. Nealon Arts award, the Edward Ernest Ebbert award, the Centennial Class award, and the President's award all exemplifying Betsy's passion and leadership for her community and school.  In the fall, she will be attending Dickinson College hoping to study science and mathematics.  She hopes to pursue a career in teaching or working with special needs children.  Betsy is more than excited to give back to the Country Day community since she would not be the young woman she is today without the wonderful start Country Day gave her.
